Compared to traditional air cooling in which the operating temperature needs to be maintained below 35℃ for the CPUs to effectively function at around 80% performance, immersion cooling allows servers to operate at 50℃, effectively unleashes 96% or higher CPU performance.

Immersion cooling is clean, environmentally friendly. The circulation inside the tank happens naturally without consuming any extra energy, and thermal energy is transferred out of the liquid in one of two ways: through a heat exchanger, as is the case with "single-phase" immersion cooling; or through a cycle of vaporization and condensation, as is the case with "two-phase" immersion cooling.

Immersion cooling allows server and computing components to be submerged in dielectric liquid and dissipates thermal in a 50℃操作环境, which renders data center air conditioning unnecessary. Passive cooling system means no unnecessary parts to build or service, and the better PUE also warrants smaller electricity, hydro, and waste management bills.

Immersion cooling is self-circulating, which means the system requires less human operation ergo less human mistakes. The removal of traditional cooling components means hardware no longer suffers degradation from vibration, and the system are not subject to temperature variations therefore has a lower overall failure rate of the systems.
